Welcome aboard the S.S.S. Johnston, a World War II naval vessel which our crews' ship is proudly named after. Upon joining Sea Scouts, you will have embarked upon an exciting adventure filled with fun and excitement. We strive our best to learn something new each and every day! As a crew member you will learn all the things you need to know about being the best Sea Scout you can and gain new knowledge of what it takes to become sea-worthy. During the Summer season we, as a crew, plan boating trips and other water related activities, most of which are carried out at our ship's home of Claytor Lake.
